e are going up to Jerusalem," he said, "and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles, who will mock him and spit on him, flog him and kill him. Three days later he will rise" (Mark 10:33-34 NIV).

 SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1Convention Prayer Link

Christ is Risen. Christ is Risen indeed! Please pray on this Resurrection Sunday that as Christ’s people we will live out the full reality of His resurrection and Kingdom in all areas of day-to-day life.

This week

Pray that as God’s people here we would seek God’s heart for vision, wisdom and direction; pray for the Holy Spirit to bring conviction of sin and provide us with the strength to grow in our faith in Christ; pray that we would bear witness to the life-transforming message of the Gospel; pray that we would be connecting with our neighbours and be able to share Christ and practical help; pray for those who are sick and shut in, within our community.

Note:  Please call Sonny Sawler’s daughter Angela Graves (624-1492) for updates on his condition.  His wife Barbara would appreciate it!
